Container unit for food storage and dishwashing
This mobile unit of Officine Stefanuto Srl® is an ideal support for catering events for the storage of food even in emergency situations. The shelter is made entirely of aluminum, allowing for a sturdy and flexible structure. This function allows transport with ordinary vehicles or international standards. Within the operating module, there are two areas that fulfill different functions for the distribution and/or storage of food.
Modular furniture with "Professional" equipment:
- Preparation Area/Refrigerator:
- 1 freezer and 1 refrigerator each with 700 L and a temperature of min. -18°/-22°C and 0°/-2°C
- 1 sink with two basins
- Reception area for dishes:
- 1 dishwasher with inlet and extraction baskets
- Work area for coarse-washing with rinsing showerhead
- Expandable side body, equipped with a continuous worktop and corresponding waste emptying hole
- Shelf and material support surfaces and/or stowage of clean dishes
