The Expandable kitchen unit on a trailer by Officine Stefanuto® is suitable for every application of mobile military intervention or ground-based catering.
The shelter is made entirely of aluminium, which gives the mobile kitchen a sturdy and flexible structure for transportation with ordinary vehicles.
These kitchens are designed for the preparation of about 150 meals per hour at maximum capacity and provide all the necessary equipment for the food distribution.
Regarding the kitchen area, it is equipped with an oven, stove and other kitchen appliances. Together with the cooking function, the module includes the functions of preparation and dispensing as well as the washing of food.
